¶ 1. We review the report and recommendation of the referee, Attorney Richard C. *264Ninneman, that the license of Attorney John J. Balistrieri to practice law in Wisconsin should be reinstated. Although the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) strenuously opposed Attorney Balistrieri's reinstatement petition before the referee, it did not appeal the referee's recommendation. We therefore review the referee's report and recommendation pursuant to Supreme Court Rule (SCR) 22.33(3).1 After fully reviewing this matter, we conclude that Attorney Balistrieri has not satisfied the criteria required to…
