This matter is before us on an appeal by defendant from (1) that portion of the judgment awarding to plaintiff, as her share of community property, certain parcels of land allegedly acquired by defendant through the exchange of various separate properties which he owned prior to marriage, and which, it is claimed, were separately con verted into the two parcels here in question by a series of exchanges and business deals; (2) from that part of the judgment awarding plaintiff’s counsel $4,000 as additional fees for legal services rendered in the divorce action, and (3) from the order denying…
