ORDER
JUSTICE, Chief Judge.
Before the court is defendant’s motion for summary judgment or, in the alternative, for partial summary judgment.
Plaintiff raises three causes of action growing out of his dismissal in 1984, after eleven years of employment with defendant as a sales representative and account manager. Plaintiffs first count alleges that his firing constituted age discrimination, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.
