BEACH, J.

The People appeal from the order setting aside an information charging respondent with one count of preparing a false and antedated paper for a fraudulent purpose with the intent to produce it or allow it to be produced as genuine in a trial, proceeding, or inquiry authorized by law. (Pen. Code, § 134.)
