EAGLES, Judge.

Plaintiff assigns as error the trial court’s determination that Pauline Cassada was the owner of the subject property by adverse possession. Plaintiff contends that the “claim of Defendants to the disputed land must fail for the following reasons: (1) The possession of the land by the defendants has not been adverse to all persons as required by statute and as expressed in Locklear v.
