Appellee, the claimant in this workers’ compensation case, had been employed by appellant Cottage Café, Inc., as a grill cook for approximately nine years when the owner of that establishment sold the business to Mr. Leonard Cernak on September 12, 2003. The previous owner had workers’ compensation insurance coverage with Southern Guaranty Insurance. Mr. Cernak obtained workers’ compensation insurance coverage from Farmers Insurance Group.
