GREENE, Judge.

Travis K. McCord AKA Shawn Lattimore (Defendant) appeals judgments finding him guilty of first-degree murder, first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping, robbery with a firearm, and first-degree burglary.

Jury selection

The record shows Defendant is black and the victim was white. The initial prospective panel of jurors to be questioned during voir dire consisted of ten white jurors and two black jurors.
