This is an employment discrimination suit. Before the court is defendants Bio-mat USA, Inc. (“Biomat”) and Grifols Biologicals Inc.’s (“Grifols”) Motion to Dismiss (# 91). Plaintiff Chike Okeke has responded (# 13), and Defendants have replied (# 14).
