OPINION OF THE COURT

ROBBLEE, Judge:

On 16 October 1984, in a trial before a military judge sitting as a special court-martial, appellant, pursuant to his pleas, was convicted of violating a lawful general order by wrongfully consuming alcoholic beverages, and wrongfully appropriating a military vehicle, in violation of Articles 92 and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice [hereinafter UCMJ], 10 U.S.C. §§ 892 and 921 (1982), respectively.
