FLETCHER, Chief Judge:

The appellant was tried by a special court-martial composed of a military judge and members for various alleged violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.1 He chose to plead guilty to one specification of assault and not guilty to the remaining charged offenses. The military judge found the appellant guilty, in accordance with his plea, of the single specification of assault.
