WALSH, Justice:

This is an appeal from the Court of Chancery’s award of summary judgment, and the denial of injunctive relief, in favor of certain partners who sought to require arbitration of the right of a single partner to withdraw from the partnership. The Appellant argues that the Court of Chancery erred in holding that the scope of arbitration, as well as the question of its proper invocation, are themselves issues for arbitration.
