MOORE, Justice.

Under his first assignment of error defendant argues that the trial court committed prejudicial error (1) in failing to find facts, enter conclusions of law, and enter an order thereon upon defendant’s motion to dismiss based on violations of defendant’s rights under G.S. 15A-501, and (2) in denying defendant’s motion to dismiss due to alleged violations of G.S. 15A-501.
