Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Columbia County (Czajka, J.), rendered September 19, 2007, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of criminal sexual act in the first degree (five counts), sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts), possessing a sexual performance by a child (16 counts), use of a child in a sexual performance (three counts) and endangering the welfare of a child.
