Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Eidens, J.), rendered December 7, 2004, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of burglary in the first degree (two counts), attempted rape in the first degree, *960sexual abuse in the first degree (three counts), rape in the first degree, criminal sexual act in the first degree and aggravated sexual abuse in the second degree.
