Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Madison County (DiStefano, J.), rendered March 19, 1999, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of rape in the first degree, rape in the third degree (two counts), sodomy in the first degree, sodomy in the third degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
