Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Teresi, J.), rendered June 5, 2012 in Albany County, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of predatory sexual assault against a child, rape in the first degree, rape in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child (three counts).
