The plaintiff, Daniel D’Amico, appeals from the decision of the workers’ compensation review board (board) affirming the August 28,2000 finding and award of the workers’ compensation commissioner for the fifth district (commissioner), in which the commissioner dismissed the plaintiffs claim for total disability benefits.
