In this workers’ compensation case, the plaintiff, Ida Testone, appeals from the workers’ compensation review board’s (board) decision affirming the findings and conclusion of the workers’ compensation commissioner for the fifth district (commissioner), in which the commissioner denied the plaintiffs claims for temporary partial disability benefits and attorney’s fees.
