By her petition for declaratory judgment the plaintiff seeks a determination of the rights and liabilities of the parties under a contract of insurance styled a “ Family Combination Automobile Policy, ” which the defendant issued to the father of the plaintiff’s intestate, and which was in full force and effect on August 23, 1968.
