Plaintiff-appellant Martin P. Link appeals the trial court’s grant of partial summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees, Leadworks Corporation, Les Wagenheim, and Xonex International, Inc.

In early 1988, Martin Link, domiciled at such time in New Jersey, answered an advertisement placed by Leadworks in the New York Times. Leadworks was a Solon, Ohio corporation of which Les Wagenheim was the president and chairman of the board of directors.
