Plaintiffs’ bill of complaint was filed for the purpose of securing a decree by which defendants would be enjoined “from proceeding with the erection of the church building and appurtenances thereto upon lots 367, 368 and 369” of Coonley’s subdivision in the city of Detroit, and “from violating in any manner whatsoever the building restrictions pertaining to and adherent to the premises herein described.” As to the plaintiffs other than William L.
