These two appeals involve two separate bills of complaint filed by the same plaintiffs in the circuit court for the county of Wayne in chancery, to enjoin different defendants from using or permitting the use of certain premises in LaSalle Gardens subdivision in Detroit which front on West Grand boulevard, except for residence purposed. While the facts differ somewhat as applied to each of the two defendants, the building* and use restrictions relied upon by plaintiffs are the same in both cases, and the principles of law involved are the same.
