HOLCOMB, Justice.

Timothy A. Aguilar (“Appellant”) appeals the dismissal of his pro se informa pauperis civil inmate suit. Appellant raises six points of error. We will affirm the judgment.

Pursuant to Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 145, Appellant filed an affidavit of inability to pay costs, and thereafter, filed his Original Petition pro se and in forma pauperis. In his petition, Appellant, an inmate in the Cof-field Unit of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division (“TDCJ-ID”), sought recovery for various constitutional and statutory violations.
