The trial court dismissed as frivolous or malicious Appellant Tommie Denson’s (“Denson”) pro se in foma pauperis civil suit against the Texas Department of Criminal Justice — Institutional Division (“TDCJ-ID”) and employees Ken Kuyken-dall, John Eaton, Nick Kokila, Rochelle McKinney, and Virginia Buchanan (“individual defendants”) approximately three days after Denson filed his petition.
