The plaintiff, Joan Zawacki (“the Plaintiff’), brings this action 1 against the defendant, Realogy Corporation (“the Defendant”) alleging age discrimination and retaliation in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq. (“ADEA”) and Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act, Conn. Gen.Stat. §§ 46a-60 et seq. (“CFEPA”).
