OPINION OF THE COURT
Levine, J.
Defendant entered a plea of guilty to the crimes of manslaughter in the first degree and two counts of attempted murder in the second degree in satisfaction of an 11-count indictment. He was thereafter sentenced to three terms of 8V3 to 25 years’ imprisonment; two of which would run concurrently and the third to be served consecutively to the other two.
