On July 13, 1972 this court dismissed an appeal by defendant from what this court described as a “ purported order ” of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 15, 1971, denying defendant’s application for á writ of error coram, nobis after a hearing. The ground for the dismissal was that “It does not appear that such order was made” and “No appeal lies from a decision” (People v. Julia, 40 A D 2d 560).
