Appeal by defendant from (1) a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 15, 1970, convicting him of grand larceny in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and sentencing him to a prison term of two and one-half to five years, and (2) a purported order of the same court, dated April 15, 1971, denying defendant’s application for a writ of error coram nobis, after a hearing.
