MEMORANDUM OPINION
BATES, District Judge.
In this action brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (“ § 1981”), plaintiff Linda Childs-Pierce claims that she was the victim of racial discrimination, retaliation, and a hostile work environment by defendant Utility Worker’s Union of America (“UWUA” or “Union”). 1 Defendant and plaintiff have submitted cross-motions for summary judgment on all claims. 2 For the reasons explained below, the Court grants summary judgment…
