This is an appeal from a judgment rendered by the district court of .McIntosh county in an action wherein the plaintiffs in error herein were plaintiffs and the defendant in error was defendant. The parties will be referred to here as they appeared in the trial court. Plaintiffs brought this action to recover judgment against the defendant in the sum of $1,230, together with interest thereon at the rate of ten per cent, per annum from the 30th day of July, 1922, alleging that said sum was due plaintiffs from defendant by reason of the fact that plaintiffs had deposited in the Oklahoma State…
