Honaker & Herron, a firm composed of W. B. Honaker and W. P. Herron, rented to the appellant, Campbell, a two-story building in the town of Farmersville, Tex.; the upper story of said building to be used as an opera house and the lower story to be used for the purposes of a moving picture show. The upper story or room was rented from the 11th day of August, 1911, to the 15th day of July, 1912, at $15 per month, and the lower story or room from the 15th day of August, 1911, to the 1st day of January, 1912, at $20 per month.
