I. Preliminary Statement

Presently before the Court is Defendant Arcelormittal Plate LLC’s (“Defendant”) letter motion requesting that the Court set the expert deposition fee Defendant must pay for the deposition of Plaintiffs’ expert, Dr. Neal Hoehwald (“Dr. Hochwald”) which took place on January 15, 2015. See DE 57. Prior to the deposition, Plaintiffs’ counsel informed Defendant that Dr. Hochwald’s fee would be $2,500.00. See DE 57-2.
