This matter came on for hearing, sua sponte, on a letter from the Debtor, Melanie Rise Hennerman, (docket # 19), filed with the Court on June 23, 2006. The June 23, 2006 letter, (the “Letter”), alleged that the Debtor had not received all the documents for which she had contracted with an internet based bankruptcy petition provider, wmv. amerieanbankrwptcy. com. whose principal is Gordon L.
