On March 2, 2004, the U.S. Trustee filed a motion (Docket # 6) seeking a refund of fees to the debtor and an assessment of fines against A. Paul Schwenke and Priva-teBankruptcy.com for alleged violations of 11 U.S.C. § 110 — a section of the Bankruptcy Code which governs the activities of bankruptcy petition preparers — ie., persons, other than an attorney or an employee of an attorney, who prepare for compensation a document for filing.
