This is an appeal from a judgment of the Sixth Judicial District Court of Park County. The judgment perpetually restrained the defendants from supplying electric service to any members or customers within the City of Livingston, including Star Addition, Unit One. The permanent injunction was made conditional upon the payment by the plaintiff of $19,412.60 to the defendants for certain underground installations because the plaintiff was found to be guilty of laches.
