Two orders of the district court of Beaverhead county in the probate of the estate of William Montgomery, deceased, are presented for review: (1) An order based on a petition of the First National Bank of Dillon and the Daly Bank and Trust Company of Anaconda, creditors of the deceased, directing the sale of the remainder of the decedent’s real estate and personal property to pay their claims, and (2) an order settling the account of J.
