This appeal arises out of an action brought in the district court, fifth judicial district, Jefferson County, wherein plaintiffs Larry N. Tribble and Loretta E. Tribble alleged that a lease executed to them by defendants Katherine Tribble and William Tribble, deceased, contained a right of first refusal to purchase certain property known as the Tribble farm.
