ORME, Judge:

T1 Appellants Daynight, LLC; KK Machinery Pty. Ltd.; and Paul LaMarr (collectively, KK Machinery) appeal the district court's decision to grant appellee Mobilight, Ine's motion for sanctions and the court's subsequent entry of default judgment against KK Machinery. KK Machinery also appeals the district court's ruling granting attorney fees and costs to Mobilight. We affirm.
