This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a decree of the superior court of Cook county entered in a case instituted by Emanuel E. Larson and Thomas B. Freeman, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, against the Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company of California, the Chicago Title and Trust Company, the North Shore Golf Club, and the Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company.
