On July 20, 1926, Mertie' N. Morrell, as plaintiff, commenced this-action in the district court of Tulsa county, Okla., against Laura Belle Morrell, Emma Johnson, and Mary Turley, as defendants, for the conversion of one Cadillac coupe automobile' of the alleged value of $4,000. Plaintiff further alleges that the defendant Laura Belle Morrell is the owner of the following described real estate in the said county, to wit:.
