Petitioner Stephen Lovely, a state prisoner currently confined at the Mound Correctional Facility in Detroit, Michigan, filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, as well as motions for discovery and admittance and for oral argument.
