In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Nastasi, J.), entered September 10, 1984, which, after a nonjury trial, is in favor of the plaintiff in the principal amount of $231,666.67, and dismisses its counterclaim against the plaintiff and its third-party complaint against the third-party defendant, Contemporary Communications Corporation.
Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law and the facts, with costs, the plaintiff’s complaint is dismissed, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme…
