Rapier Investments Ltd. (“Rapier”) and Medical Business Systems, Inc., (“MBS”) (collectively, the “appellants”) appeal from the summary judgment entered in favor of plaintiff-appellee, University Emergency Medicine Foundation (“Emergency Medicine”), declaring effective Emergency Medicine’s notice to terminate a service contract with appellants.
