(after stating the facts as above). The appeal is prosecuted, under the provisions of section 7 of the act of March 3, 1891, as amended by the act of February 18, 1895. It is assigned as error that the court erred in denying the motion of the appellants for a provisional injunction. Section 720 of the Revised Statutes provides that the writ of injunction shall not be granted by any court of the United States to stay proceedings in any court of a state, except in cases where such injunction may be- authorized by any law relating to proceedings in bankruptcy.
