WHITSON, District Judge.

This suit arises out of an extremely complicated state of facts running over a long period of time, an understanding of which can only be arrived at through the tedious process of relating them in detail. It is a creditors’ bill brought in the superior court of the state of Washington for the county of Spokane, but removed to this court as a cause arising under the laws of the United States. The defendant, the Northern Pacific Railway Company, is a corporation organized under the laws of Wisconsin, and will hereinafter be designated as the “Railway Company.” The…
