Plaintiff Warner Storage, Inc. (“Warner”) appeals from a summary judgment rendered in favor of defendant Systemation, Inc. Warner’s two assigned errors contest that judgment.

Warner entered into a contract with Systemation, a computer hardware and software consultant, whereby Systemation would design and implement a computer system for use in Warner’s moving and storage business.
