The plaintiffs, Yurman Design, Inc. and Yurman Studios, Inc. (collectively “Yur-man”) have brought this action alleging, among other things, claims of trade dress infringement and copyright infringement against the defendants, Goldman Treasure Imports, Inc. d/b/a Alisa Designs (“Alisa”) and Menegatti Fratelli, S.P.A. (“Megegat-ti”).
