Coach, Inc. and Coach Services, Inc. (collectively “Plaintiffs”) filed this action against Kmart Corporation (“Kmart”), Sears Holding Corporation (“SHC”) 1 and 24 Seven International LLC (“24 Seven”) (collectively “Defendants”) asserting claims of trademark and trade dress infringement, copyright infringement, false advertising, unfair competition and unjust enrichment.
