The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company (“Ohio”) seeks a declaratory judgment that a policy of insurance of Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company (“Pennsylvania”) is applicable to an automobile accident which occurred on Sunday, November 3, 1963, at two A. M. The vehicle with which the case is concerned is a 1961 Ford Falcon automobile, owned by Mrs. Mary W.
