Defendant Marvin Griffin, Duane Calhoun (Calhoun), and Brian Jackson (Jackson) were charged with eight counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault, two counts of criminal sexual assault, and two counts of aggravated kidnapping, for events occurring on June 13, 1988.
